Loganton contractor facing more charges for home improvement fraud | Local

RIVERSIDE — A 26-year-old Clinton County man already facing a slew of charges relating to his construction company in Loganton has now been charged with four felonies for allegedly failing to replace a roof and build a deck at a home in Northumberland County.

Black Bear Construction LLC owner Dustin Butler was charged on Aug. 9 by Riverside Officer Bradley Harvey with theft by deception, receiving stolen property and two counts of home improvement fraud.
