Personal finance classes
Financial planning helps you determine your financial goals, create a plan to meet those goals and helps ensure that your money is managed well. Learn to take control of your money during a series of online personal finance classes hosted by UF/IFAS Duval County Extension beginning Thursday, Feb. 10 through Thursday, Feb. 24.
Two sessions are held each day, led by Family & Consumer Sciences Agent Natasha Parks, to discuss savings, credit repair, budgeting and more.

Online gardening education
Start your day with a morning of virtual gardening education hosted by the UF/IFAS Duval County Extension on Saturday, Feb. 27 from 8:50 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Gardeners, landscapers, conservationists and all outdoor enthusiasts are invited to tune in for a variety of horticulture subjects.
Topics include seasonal nector sources for bees, new treatments for citrus greening and tips for growing tomatoes. An announcement on the upcoming vegetable sale will also be provided during the closing comments.
