Nelly’s Crumbling Mansion Hits the St. Louis Real Estate Market [PHOTOS]

Nelly’s abandoned, crumbling mansion could be all yours. Listed as an “amazing investment opportunity,” this huge house certainly needs some work, but the pay-off could be bigger than Country Grammar.

The entertainer’s Tuscan-style home is set on twelve acres right near the Hidden Valley Ski Resort in Wildwood. Inside there are six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a game room and a media room.

The outside of the house might be even more impressive. There you can find multiple balconies, a huge basketball court and stunning views of the Meramec River valley.

Pictures of the property show that it looks like the backyard could use some work and that the new owners will get to choose what type of flooring they want to install because many rooms are wide open, down to the subfloor.

And since locals say that Nelly hasn’t lived at this house in years, maybe he’d throw in those big red road cases flanking the living room, too.

It’s not clear how, exactly, this formerly palatial estate was allowed to fall into such disrepair, though if the (astoundingly NSFW) music video for “Tip Drill” is any indication, those St. Lunatic boys could throw one hell of a wild party back in their day.
